Off-Line Programming  (OLP) Robots. 

  • "Old fashioned" programming robots (e.g. with a teach pendant) can be very timeconsuming. It also required skilled workers both in knowing the processes (like e.g. welding, grinding or spraying), as in programming.
  • Robot programming should not be complex, repetitive or time-consuming. It should be fast and easy with minimal robot or production downtime. Some advanced Model Based Offline Programming software solutions, in combination with AI, have been matured last years, enabling rapid programming with relatively unexperienced programmers.
  • Instead of brand depending robot programming software, you would like to use universal software being compatible with any robot brand or process (like welding, grinding, spraying, etc.) to improve robot utilization and output.
  • Modern robot programming software also eliminates last-minute modifications to fixtures and tooling, ensuring a smooth production process without unexpected delays and risks.
